Niçoise Salad
Niçoise Salad, but she’s on holiday in the Levant…
Halloumi sizzling, harissa bringing the heat, olives doing their briny thing.
Ingredients:
1lb Green beans - blanched, cut in half
1 block Halloumi cheese - cubed
1 heirloom tomato - chopped
8 oz kalamata olives - drained
2lb mini potatoes - boiled, cut in half
6oz tuna in oil - flacked
4 soft boiled eggs
