Southern Meets Lebanese. It’s a pop-up dinner series, featuring dishes that are inspired by my Lebanese culture and my colleague’s Southern upbringings. Some profits from the dinner series are donated to LGBTQ-awareness organizations, including Helem, based in Lebanon, and NCAAN, North Carolina Aids Action Network.
